Do anyone knows what kind of additional information is requested for Travel Document. Here is the message I see online:
Receipt Number: SRCXXXXXXXXXX
Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT
Current Status: We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence.
On November 13, 2007, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence and/or information in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence and/or information requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the information and/or evidence requested, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something further from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service.

Hi
I hold a H1b Visa but did not work after coming to US.
Can anybody guide me regarding my current status.
My H1 was approved in 2007 quota and i entered US in march 2008..but was not successful in getting a job and my employer is not running any payroll..
can anybody help me with this??

We all know you are an anti-immigrant trying to post this question and then will try to use it as an example to show how H1bs try to break the law.
Don't you have something better to do like, finding a job after getting laid off or learning something new to upgrade your skills.

I think too that it may not become current.
But with new year Quota released in Oct (October?), how much it will move forward?
--> 2003 March ? or 2004 Jan?
When Retrogression introduced last year, for India the PD if I remember correctly was in 99 which now has moved to 2003 Jan, this I think because of addition of unused numbers?
Why would it not move an year by October this time , yes gravity of the situation .. please explain more clearly with numbers.

The day I applied that day the PD was current.
PD should be current at the date of approval too. If it's current now you can get decision in couple of weeks, if PD is not current - just forget about checking that dates.
Also that date is showing as 19 july 2007.It means that majority of applications filed before that date and with current PD and necessary checks completed are with adjudicating officers.

see people dont understand why we say dont call, may be i got my reciepts because i didn't called them. and now they are making fun of me saying am saying all these bcoz i got my reciepts, but thats not true. I can understand the tension but this is not helping you either.
Our checks didn't get cashed , neither we Got Receipt Notice .
The CSR told that we tracked that this is your 2nd call in 10 days - Is the reason of this call same or different. If the reason is same - Pl dont make a 3rd call before 60 days from July 2nd :eek:
Doesn't it gives the real status - what more we want ??

My concurrent filing of I-140 and 485 was filed on August 17th, 2007.
Is it not after July 30?...that you could submit to either to Nebraska or Texas?
Is it ok like this?

USCIS had issued a Direct Filing Update which stated that if the application was filed after July 30, it would have to be filed at the center which has jurisdiction over the state the applicant lives in, which in your case is Massachusetts.
USCIS has been transfering a lot of applications between the various service centers lately due to the July fiasco. Based on reports from the Ombudsman, USCIS is trying to avoid any unnecessary rejections, and take a more 'customer service' based approach, so hopefully you will be ok, and they'll just transfer the case to the appropriate service center.
I'm not a lawyer by any means, so please use this advice at your own discretion.

OK....
"Father and Son" is a good shot - perhaps if you cropped it "tighter." However it does not really emphasize the ice-fishing activity as much as some other shots. The same goes for "Done for the Day." I wouldn't even know it was an ice fishing event - on Father and Son - you at least can see the "Fish Trap" letters ;-). Maybe it's just me.
Solitary fisherman is not as good of a shot for reasons mentioned by other posters. I would crop it tighter if you decide to use it. Include enough of the background to suggest solitude - but bring the subject closer. On the other hand - Solitary 2 is a great shot and while we can wish the fishing hole, the line and the rest were there - you have to work with what you have. I would perhaps use that one after all.
On purely "reporting" quality - have you considered "Look What I Caught !" (1 or 2) - the first one may not be the best one technically, the second one is better - but they do reflect what the fun of fishing is all about: catching fish ! Perhaps you could crop it/them differently to emphasize the boy with the fish.
I would probably go with Solitary Fisherman 2 in the end ;-)
